摘要
通过对辽宁省企业体育文化的发展特征及创新的研究,总结出辽宁省企业体育文化的发展特征和创新机制,有利于各个企业树立和营造自己的体育文化特色,丰富自己的企业文化风格,为企业可持续发展和全民健身工程服务.
Through the research on the developing features and creativity of the enterprise sports culture,we generalize the characters of it,which will benefit the building and creating respective enterprise sprots culture features and enrich their own enterprise culture style,and therefore serve the sustainable development and mass sports project.
