摘要
随着信息网络技术的发展,网络应用日益普及,电子政务已成为社会发展的必然要求。政府借助网络和现代通信技术,收集、储存、使用和传播大量个人数据,若利用不当则极易侵犯公民的隐私权。通过对电子政务环境下网络隐私权侵权行为的分析,提出了适合我国国情的电子政务中网络隐私权保护的立法建议。
With the development of network technology and the popularization of network application,the electronic government affairs have become a necessity for the social development.Government collects,stores,uses and spreads a lot of individual data through the Internet and modern communication technology.It might infringe the privacy right of the citizens if the means were used improperly.By analyzing the online privacy rights torts under the condition of electronic government affairs,the article makes some legislative suggestions on protecting the online privacy rights under the Chinese situation.
