摘要
海上救助与打捞作业中不可避免地需要用到各种类型的水下作业工具。从国际上的研究和应用情况来看,传统的矿物油液压水下作业工具,已经满足不了当今海上救捞提出的大深度、大范围的作业要求,采用海水液压传动技术是水下作业工具的最新发展趋势。本文分析了海水液压传动技术在救捞水下作业工具中应用的优势和技术难题,提出了一种海水液压系统的设计方案,并介绍了海水液压水下作业工具系统原理。
It is inevitable to use all kinds of underwater tools for salvage operation.From the aspect of international research and application,the traditional mineral oil hydraulic tools can hardly satisfy the requirements of current marine salvage,which demands large-scope and large-depth.Seawater hydraulic tools has become the new trend.This essay analyses the advantages and technological difficulties of the application of seawater hydraulic tools in marine salvage,then proposes a design for seawater hydraulic tools system.Besides,it introduces the work principle of seawater hydraulic tools system.
