摘要
由谷甾醇1经过PCC氧化得到谷甾-4-烯-3,6-二酮2.2在镍离子或钴离子存在的条件下,用硼氢化钠进行选择性还原得到3-羟基-谷甾-6-酮3或4.3或4被三乙胺-三氧化硫复合物硫酸酯化,得到产物5或6.5或6用阳离子(钠型)交换树脂进行Na+交换得到目标产物6-氧代谷甾-3β-硫酸酯钠7和6-氧代谷甾-4-烯-3β-硫酸酯钠8.
Using sitosterol 1 as starting materials,sodium 3β-hydroxy-6-oxysitosterolane sulfated 7 or 8 was synthesized in three steps with a high overall yield.First,1 was transformed into the corresponding 24-ethylcholest-4-en-3,6-dione 2 via oxidation with pyridinium chlorochromate(PCC).The reduction of 2 by NaBH4 in the presence of Ni2+ or Co2+ gave the compound 3 or 4.The reaction of 3 or 4 with triethylamine-sulfur trioxide complex offered the ammonium 3β-hydroxy-6-oxy-sitosterolane sulfated 5 or 6,and the treatment of 5 or 6 by Cation exchange resin 732(sodium form) gave the target steroid 7 or 8.
