摘要
本科法学专业双语教学目前在许多高校开展。法学双语教学应充分考虑教师和学生的主体条件。同时,法学双语教学的课程设置和教材选择也应结合法学教学和双语教学的特点进行设置;法学双语教学的具体实施步骤、教学方法、考核方法等也应充分考虑其实际情况,有针对性地选择实施。
The bilingual education for undergraduates in law major has been carried out in many universities.It should fully take subjective conditions of teachers and students into account.Meanwhile,its course designs and teaching material choices should be set according to characteristics of law teaching and bilingual education.Its concrete implementation steps,teaching methods,evaluation methods should also take practice fully into account to be carried out correspondingly.
