摘要
目的 :观察氯胺酮配合硫酸镁麻醉 (KM麻醉 )的麻醉效果。方法 :50 0例以氯胺酮硫酸镁麻醉 ,于诱导前 5min,诱导后插管前 1min,气管插管时 ,切皮时 ,手术 40 min,术毕 ,测定 SP、MAP、HR等循环变化 ,并根据 HR调整 KM麻醉。结果 :SP、MAP、HR平稳 ,应激反应小。结论 :KM麻醉能较好维持循环稳定 ,易于加深或放浅麻醉 ,是较经济、安全、简单易控 ,适合广大基层医院的麻醉方法。
