摘要
将 54例肺心病 型呼衰患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组在综合治疗的基础上加用低强度氦氖激光血管内照射 ,结果表明 :治疗组采用低强度氦氖激光照射 12小时后氧分压 (Pa O2 )、二氧化碳分压(Pa Co2 )、氧饱和度 (Sa O2 )比治疗前较明显好 (P〈0 .0 5) ,对照组改变不明显 (P〉0 .0 5)。治疗 5天后治疗组Pa O2 、Pa CO2 、Sa O2 较治疗前有明显改善 (P〈0 .0 1)。而对照组虽有改善但比治疗组差些 (P〈0 .0 5)。临床疗效 :治疗组总有效率 81.48%。对照组总有效率 62 .96% (P〈0 .0 5)。说明低强度氦氖激光血管内照射对治疗肺心病 型呼衰有一定疗效 ,并能改善其低氧状态。
This paper presents 54 cases of type Ⅱrespiratory failure in cor pulmonale The patients were randomized into two groups:the treatment group and the control group In the treatment group,He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation with mild intensity were applied in addition to a comprehensive treatment The results of blood-gas analysis and clinical symptoms of the patients were compared between pre-treatment and post-treatment The results show that P aO 2,P aco 2 and S ao 2 were improved significantly (P<0 05) after 1 hour of the mild He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation in treatment group while there were no changes for controls The post-treatment P aO 2,P aco 2 and S ao 2 were even more improved (P<0 01) after 5 days of iradiation On the other hand, less improvement were seen in the control group (P<0 05) Clinical therapeutic efficacy:the total curative efficiencies for the treatment group and controls were 81 48% and 62 96% (P<0 05) respectively It implies that He-Ne laser intravsacular irradiation with mild intensity may have a curative effect on type Ⅱ respiratory failure in cor pulmouale and can attennate its hypoxia
