摘要
对高血压病患者 30例应用钙阻滞剂 (Ca A)口服治疗 ,血压稳定后改为维持量随访观察治疗 6个月 ,SBP,DBP均降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,HR稍有升高但 (P >0 .0 5 )左室形态结构指标 (IVSTPWT,LVMI)显著改善 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1) ,左室舒张功能指标 (E峰速度 ,A峰速度及 E/A比值 )显著改善 (P <0 .0 1)
Thirty patients with bypertensien were treated with CaA for 6 months,with the dosage being decreased when the blood pressure was brought under control The results showed that SBP DBP significantly decreased(P<0 01)and HR slightly increased(but P>0 05) Cardiac function were assessed by two-dimensional echocardiography After treatment,IVST PWT LVMI significantly decreasd(P<0 05~0 01);left ventricular diastolic function parameters (peak velocity E,Peak velocity A,peak velocity E/A ratio) were improved (P<0 01), it is concluded that Oral administration of caA could be a useful medicine in the treatment of cardiac diastolic dysfunction in patients with hypertension
