摘要
目的 :观察 CD3 AK细胞结合中药制剂 -消癌胶囊治疗原发性肝癌的效果。方法 :选择确诊为不能切除的中晚期肝癌患者 119例 ,随机分为三组 ,A组 30例采用 CD3 AK细胞结合消癌胶囊治疗 ,B组 44例单用 CDAK细胞治疗 ,C组 45例单用化疗。结果 :A、B、C组部分缓解率分别为 30 %、2 0 .5%、17.7% ,同时 A、B两组患者治疗后 T细胞亚群 CD3 +、CD4 +、CD8+有不同程度提高。结论 :CD3 AK细胞结合中药制剂 -消癌胶囊是治疗肝癌的一种有效手段。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of CD 3AK cells combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine-xiaoai jiaonang in treating hepatocelluar cancer(HCC) Methods:The clinical trial were performed on 119 patients with HCC which were divided into Group A(CD 3AK cells+xiaoai jiaonang,30 cases),group B(CD 3AK alone,44 cases),Group C(Chemotherapy alone,45 cases) Results:The rates of the part remission in clinical trial were 30% in Group A,20 5% in Group B,and 17 7% in Group C The percentage of T cell subsets CD + 3,CD + 4,CD + 8 increased,and the sIL-2R levels decreased in the patients of Group A and B after treatment Conclusion:The results indicated that the therapy of the CD 3AK cells combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine-Xiaoai jiaonang is an effective means in treating HCC
