摘要
研究了啤酒酵母对重金属离子Cd2+的生物吸附特性,考察了啤酒废酵母在不同条件下对含Cd2+废水的处理能力。结果表明初始pH值对镉的吸附影响较大,吸附过程最佳初始pH范围为4.5~7之间,最佳pH值在6左右,酵母用量对吸附有一定影响,但用量不宜过大。
The characteristics of cadmium(Ⅱ)biosorption by waste beer yeast were studied.The treat capacity to wastewater containing cadmium ion by waste beer yeast is researched under diferent conditions.The results show that the initial pH value had a great effect on the cadmium ion adsorption,with the optimal initial pH value ranging between 4.5 to 7,the best pH value was about 6;the dosage of waste beer yeast could affect the absorption,but it is inadvisable to have too high a dosage.
