摘要
本文以橄榄岩为原料,采用酸化法制取沉淀白炭黑。研究表明:从橄榄岩可制备白度较好、吸油值符合国家标准的沉淀白炭黑产品,不同工艺条件对橄榄岩SiO2回收率有明显影响。最佳的工艺条件为:橄榄岩粒度为0.5～1.0mm、盐酸酸化浓度为20%、95℃酸化1h。
In this paper,preparing silica from the peridotite using acidification method was researched.The study shows could prepare silica with national standards in the high whiteness and the oil absorption value from peridotite,and different process conditions have great effect on the SiO2 recovery rate.The optimum operating conditions of the main process are the following the ore sample is ground to 0.5～1.0mm,and then mixed with 20% HCl and stirred at 95℃ for 1h.
