摘要
以异丙醇-水体系为原料,环己烷为共沸剂,采用间歇共沸精馏方法分离异丙醇,考察了塔顶和塔釜共沸剂回流比(1∶1、1∶3、1∶5)对分离效果的影响。实验结果表明:当共沸剂塔顶回流的回流比为1∶5时,分离得到的异丙醇浓度可以达到99.5%(质量分数);异丙醇的收率最高,最大收率可达78%。
The isopropanol was separated by batch azeotropic distillation with isopropanol-water system as material,cyclohexane as entrainer.The effect of entrainer reflux ratio(1∶1,1∶3,1∶5)of the top and bottom tower on separation were investigated.The results showed that when entrainer reflux ratio of the top tower is 1∶5,the concertration of separated isopropanol is 99.5%.The maximum yield of isopropanol is 78%.
