摘要
当前我国农村邮政物流发展面临服务网络不完善、农资经营资质不明确、基础设施仍然比较薄弱、业务种类和服务产品不够丰富、网络配送能力和农资储备能力不足等突出问题。为了解决这些问题,必须将供应链管理思想引入农村邮政物流管理中,建立农村邮政物流供应链管理平台。为了建好这一平台,应加强邮政物流企业内部各部门的整合与协调,在供应链环节间建立长期协作关系,加强农村邮政物流信息化建设与基础设施建设。
At present, there are prominent problems in rural postal service logistics development such as imperfect service networks, undefined operation qualifications, weak infrastructure, not enough business scope and service products, insufficient capacity for network distribution and reserve of agricultural means of production, etc. To solve these problems, it is necessary to introduce supply chain management to rural postal service logistics management to establish rural postal service logistics supply chain management platform. To establish this platform, it is advisable to strengthen the integration and coordination of the various departments inside postal service logistic enterprises, build long-term cooperative relationship among links of supply chains, and strengthen construction of informatization and infrastructure for rural postal service logistics.
