摘要
为应对美国金融危机,中日韩加强了货币合作,并取得了一系列成就。但从目前来看,货币合作具有危机驱动型的特点。在后危机时代,中日韩经济又面临新的困难和问题,建立中日韩货币合作长效机制是非常必要的。而且,三国具有建立货币合作长效机制的条件和基础。因此,要从完善政府首脑和央行行长会议机制、制定区域金融合作规划、建立中日韩金融合作协调小组、建立汇率政策的协调机制等方面构建货币合作长效机制。
In response to the U.S.financial crisis,China,Japan and South Korea strengthened monetary cooperation and made a series of achievements.However,the present monetary cooperation has the feature of driving by crisis.In post-crisis era,facing new difficulties and problems,it is quite necessary for China-Japan-Korea to establish a long-term mechanism of monetary cooperation,and they have got the conditions and groundwork to do so.Therefore,we should construct the long-term monetary cooperation mechanism by improving conference mechanism of the heads of government and central bank governors,formulating the planning of regional financial cooperation,establishing financial cooperation and coordination team,setting up coordination mechanism of exchange-rate policy,and so on.
