摘要
创新型人才是青岛构建城市创新体系的关键要素,青岛市在引进创新型人才方面既具有一定的优势和机遇,也要面对某些劣势和威胁。从政府管理的角度,青岛市应采取的相关对策为:充分发挥区位优势和学科优势吸引人才,完善和创新人才引进机制引进人才,加大对创新型人才队伍建设的投入力度,大力发展高等教育事业等。
Innovative talents are the key element of constructing the city innovative system of Qingdao.Innovative talents introduction of Qingdao not only has some advantages and opportunities,but also meets with certain disadvantages and menaces.From the perspective of government administration,the following relative measures should be taken in Qingdao： giving full play to regional advantages and discipline strengths to attract academic talents,improving the mechanism for the introduction of innovative talents,increasing the innovative investment of talent development,developing higher education,and so on.
