从信息的传播、人类信息技术的发展和信息技术的社会影响等方面诠释信息技术文化.从诠释中启示课程在内容呈现方式、实施的组织形式、学生学习行为和接受信息的途径、课程教学理念等上发生变革.
Information technology culture can be interpreted from the dissemination,development and social effects of information.Through the interpretation,some aspects of curriculum can make many reforms,such as ways of content presentation and organization,students＇ learning behavior,methods of accepting information,curriculum teaching ideas and so on.
