摘要
利用激光除漆过程中会产生声音信号,通过实验的方法,用声音记录装置记录下激光除漆过程中的声波信息,并且对采集到的声波信息分别进行了时域和频域分析.从声音信号的时域分析可以得到漆层被清洗前后声波信号强度没有显著变化,说明短脉冲激光干式除漆的主要作用原理是基底振动效应,而不是烧蚀效应.从声音信号的频域分析可以得到漆层被清除前后谱峰位置有明显的不同,依据谱峰的变化情况可以辨别漆层是否被清洗干净,为激光除漆提供了一种新的判断依据.
In the process of paint removal by laser cleaning it had acoustic signal.It was utilized in the paper.By experiment the recording device was used to record the acoustic signal and the collected acoustic signal was analyzed at time domain and frequency domain.Intensity of acoustic signal had no obvious change before and after the laser cleaning from the acoustic signal analyzing of time domain.It showed that the principle of paint removal by short pulse laser cleaning was vibration effect of substrate while not the ablation effect.The situation of spectrum peak had obvious difference before and after the laser cleaning from the acoustic signal analyzing of frequency domain.According to the change of spectrum peak whether paint was cleaned it can be identified.It provided a new judgment.
