摘要
联合应用运动诱发电位( MEP) 和体感诱发电位(SEP) 技术连续监测的方法对13 例脊髓手术病人进行监测。结果表明,联合应用MEP和SEP 监测,能正确反映手术中脊髓的感觉和运动功能变化;MEP的稳定性高于SEP;SEP 的敏感性较高;术中SEP 逐渐好转提示预后良好。
A method of com bined motor and somatosensory evoked potentials was used to continuously monitor in spinal cord surgery and 13 patients were obtained . The result showed that com bined MEPand SEP monitoring could truely indicate the integrity of spinal cord functions , MEPs were more valid than SEPs, but SEPs were more sensitive , the changes of EPs were related to the pathology and anatomy of spinal cord diseases , the gradual improvement of SEPs presaged good prognosis .
