摘要
"家电下乡"作为我国扩大内需的一个重要措施,在实施以来产生了很大成效,但在具体操作过程中也出现了一些问题。对此,应创新工作方法,尽可能简化程序,充分体现该政策的便利性、有效性,同时加强监管与控制,防范各种因便利性而产生的副作用;加强对中标企业的管理与控制;加强宣传,避免信息不通畅引起的各种问题。
As an important measure of expanding Chinese inside need,＂home appliances to the countryside＂ program produced great effect,with some problems in the operation process.For that,this paper advances the thinking and countermeasure of problem-solving including the innovation of working method and simplifying procedure possibly in order to fully reflect the convenience and usefulness of that policy,at the same time strengthening control in order to guard against various side effect because of convenience;Strengthening the management and control of mark business enterprise;Strengthening propaganda in order to avoid various problem caused by asymmetric information.
