摘要
目的：观察参麦注射液联合山莨菪碱针治疗急性眩晕症的临床疗效.方法：将60例随机分为治疗组和对照组,采取不同方法治疗.结果：治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率70%.结论：使用参麦注射液联合山莨菪碱针治疗急性眩晕症,取得良好疗效.
Objective： To observe the effect of treating acute vertigo with Shenmai injection plus anisodamine. Method： 60 cases were randomly divide into treatment group and control group, using different therapy. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group is 93.3%, control group is 70.0%. Conclusion： Treating acute vertigo with Shenmai injection plus anisodamine has a good effect.
