摘要
目的：观察益阴养血,祛风止痒中药治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效.方法：对照组120例采用抗组胺西药治疗,观察组120例,治疗采用益阴养血、祛风止痒中药,对比观察治疗效果.结果：比较两组治疗30d后治愈率（x2=9.82,P＜0.01）差异有非常显著性意义 两组治疗30d后总有效率比较（x2=5.82,P＜0.05）.结论：慢性荨麻疹采用中药治疗具有良好的疗效和安全性.
Objective： To observe the effect of treating chronic urticarial by Yiyin Yangxue Qufeng Zhiyang therapy. Methods： 120 patients in control group treated with anti-histamine medicine, observation group of 120 patients treated by Yiyin Yangxue Qufeng Zhiyang therapy, comparative observation of therapeutic effect. Results： To compare cure rate after 30 days （x2=9.82, P〈0.01）, has significant differe -nce; to compare effective rate after 30 days （x2=5.82, P〈0.05）, Conclusion： Treating chronic urticarial in TCM hasa good effect and safety.
