摘要
目的：观察中西医结合治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻的疗效。方法：回顾性分析32例采用西医常规对症处理、视患者具体情况合用中药粘连松解汤治疗腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻病例。结果：采用中西医结合治疗肠梗阻32例，总有效率为87．5％。结论：中西医结合治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻，疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the effect of treating adhesive intestinal obstruction in the integrative medicine. Methods： Retrospective analysis of 32 cases adhesive intestinal obstruction, treatment in differentiation. Results： Treating 32 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction in the integrative medicine, the total effective is 87.5%. Conclusion： Treating adhesive intestinal obstruction in the integrative medicine has a good effect, is worth being applied.
