摘要
目的 探讨人类增殖性肾炎（ＰＧＮ） 肾小球中胰岛素样生长因子１（ＩＧＦ１） 的表达及其意义。方法 采用原位杂交、免疫组织化学方法检测肾活检组织中ＩＧＦ１ ｍＲＮＡ及其蛋白质表达，并分析其与患者肾小球内细胞外基质（ＥＣＭ） 增生的关系。结果 增殖性肾炎组中ＩＧＦ１ 的表达水平显著高于非增殖性肾炎组和正常组（ Ｐ＜０－０１），ＩＧＦ１ 表达水平与ＥＣＭ 增生程度呈正相关。结论 肾小球局部ＩＧＦ１ 基因异常表达参与了ＰＧＮ的发病机制。
Objective To investigate the expression of insulin like growth factor 1(IGF 1)in glomerulus of patients with proliferative glomerulonephritis(PGN).Methods Expressions of IGF 1 mRNA and protein were examined by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical staining.Results Glomerular IGF 1 expression of PGN increased significantly compared with other two groups.Conclusion The abnormal expression of IGF 1 is involved in pathogenesis of PGN.
