摘要
目的：探索治疗厦性肾病蛋白尿有效方药。方法：通过分析众医家对肾病蛋白尿的治疗方法，遵循中医传统组方原则，在中医治疗肾病蛋白尿不同思路的指导下，总结拟订出六组治疗方药，简要分析中药组方的特点及对疗效的影响。结果：六组方药中益气健脾补肾方以益气补肾气扶正为主，一般用于病情稳定，轻微蛋白尿而无明显症状者；益补收敛固涩方对病程长，或有大量蛋白尿者加用收敛固涩之品；益补活血化瘀方对顽固性蛋白尿或疗程较长者从瘀论治，加用活血化瘀之品；益补疏风通络方对病程较长而症情复杂，且一再反复者，配以疏风祛邪；益补固涩清化方以益气补肾固涩为主，配以清热利湿活血化瘀之品，标本兼治，扶正祛邪综合治疗，是临床治疗肾病蛋白尿的常用方剂。结论：根据肾病蛋白尿的轻重缓急、病程长短、症候的复杂性及复发率高低，选择相应的治疗方药，以健脾补肾为主治疗其本，配合清热、活血、利湿、祛风以治其标，对提高肾病蛋白尿的疗效、降低复发率有重要的临床意义。
Objective： To investigate the effective prescriptions of treating nephropathy proteinuria. Methods： To analyze the treatment of nephropathy proteinuria by doctors, to follow the principles of TCM recipe, to summarize 6 groups of treatment prescription based on the direction of treating nephropathy proteinuria in TCM, to analyze the feature of TCM and the affect for effect. Results： Yiqi Jianpi Bushen fang is suitable for the patient of stable condition, mld proteinuria and no obvious symptoms; Yibu Shoulian Guse fang is suitable for the patient of long course, moderate proteinuria; Yibu Huoxue Huayu fang is suitable for stubborn stubborn; Yibu Shufeng Tongluo fang is suitable for the patient of complex symptoms; Yibu Guse Qinghua fang is the commonly used prescription. Conclusion： Treating nephropathy proteinuria in differentiation and plus Qingre, Huoxue, Lishi, Qufeng can improve the effect, reduce the recurrence rate, have important clinical significance.
