摘要
目的：比较万苏林30R与诺和灵30R治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法：60例2型糖尿病随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组应用万苏林30R一日二次早、晚餐前30min皮下注射，对照组应用诺和灵30R一日二次，早、晚餐前30min皮下注射。结果：两组7个时点血糖比较无显著差异。两组治疗后糖化血红蛋白、低血糖事件比较无显著差异，胰岛素用量无明显变化。
Objective： To compare the effect of treating type 2 diabetes by isophane insulin injection 30R and novolin 30R. Methods： 60 cases of type 2 diabetes were divided into observation group and control group, to treat observation group by isophane insulin injection 30R and control group by novolin 30R. Results： The comparing between 2 groups of blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin, low blood sugar eventshas no significant difference, the insulin dosage has no significant changes.
