摘要
目的：观察中西医结合的方法分期治疗周围性面瘫的治疗效果.方法：将周围性面瘫分为急性期、静止期、恢复期、后遗症期,治疗时根据不同时期采用不同的治疗方法,急性期以西医西药为主,静止期中医针灸和中药并重,恢复期以推拿为主,后遗症期以针灸和功能锻炼为主.结果：128例治愈115例,治愈率89.84%,显效9例（7.03%）,好转4（3.13%）,总有效率100%.结论：周围性面瘫的分期辨治疗效果好、治愈率高,病程短、后遗症少.
Objective： To observe the effect of stage treating peripheral facial paralysis in the integrative medicine. Methods： Peripheral facial paralysis was divided into acute stage, quiescent stage, recovery stage, sequelae stage, to treatment different periods with different treatment, treating acute stage by western medicine, treating quiescent stage in TCM acuptmcture and TCM, treating recovery stage by massage, treating sequelae stage by acupuncture and functional exercise. Results： Among 128 cases, 115 cases were cured, the cure rate is 89.84%, 9 cases were markedly （7.03%）, 4 improved （3.13%）, the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion： Stage treating peripheral facial paralysis gets a good result.
