摘要
目的：探讨推拿＂和解肝脾＂法治疗脂肪肝的作用与机制.方法：对2009年度来诊的脂肪肝患者27例进行手法治疗.治疗前后观察患者症状体征变化,影像学变化,检测肝功与血脂（TG、TC、HDL、LDL）.结果：患者相关证状明显好转,B超、血脂、肝功等检测显示诸项指标明显改善.总有效率为96.30%.结论：推拿＂和解肝脾＂法对脂肪肝具有良好的治疗效果,能够有效地缓解症状、改善肝功、降低血脂.
Objective： To investigate effects and mechanism of treating fatty liver by massage therapy ofHejie Ganpi. Methods： 27 patients with fatty liver take massage in 2009 year. Observe the changes in symptoms and signs of patients, imaging diversification, detection of liver function and blood lipid （TG, TC, HDL, and LDL）. Result： The total efficiency for 96.30%. Conclusion： Treating fatty liver by massage therapy ofHejie Ganpi has a good effect.
