摘要
本文将李斯文教授治疗非小细胞肺癌带瘤生存的经验及用药做简单总结.李教授认为,肺癌的病理特点为正气内虚,痰、瘀,热、毒互结.治疗上以扶正抑癌为法,综合治疗,以人为本,辨证、辨病与用药相结合,同时注重心理治疗,随证加减治疗非小细胞肺癌收到良好的疗效.
Conclude the experience of professor Li Si-wen for treating NSCLC and his theory of choose hurbs. In professor Li＇s theory lung cancer has the pathologic feature of deficiency of right qi with the phlegm, stasis,heat and toxin work together. The treat principle should be strengthening the body resistance and suppressing cancer cell growth, with combined treatment, basic on the patient, differentiation, disease differentiation combined with hurbs, focus on psychotherapy by same time, according the symptoms change the herbs then it will has a good effect.
