摘要
乡镇图书馆是公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分,对于保障广大农民的文化权利有着重要意义。分析当前乡镇图书馆建设的现状及存在问题,并从乡镇图书馆建设指导思想、管理体制、干部队伍培养等几方面提出见解。
Libraries in villages and towns are an important part of the public culture service system and are of great significance to the safeguard of peasants＇ cultural rights.This paper analyses the status quo of the construction of libraries in villages and towns and its problems and makes some suggestions on the guiding principle for the construction,the management system of the library and the improvement of the ranks of cadres.
