摘要
创新人才有强烈的好奇心、求知欲和创造欲,博专结合的知识面;敏锐的创新意识,活跃的创新思维,坚强的创新能力;完整独立的人格与创造个性,良好的沟通、协作能力;远大的追求,积极的人生态度,忘我的献身精神。大力培养创新人才,是进一步加强我国人才队伍建设、落实科教兴国和人才强国战略、确立我国在国际人才竞争中的比较优势、加快提高我国在国际上的综合竞争力的必然要求。
Creative talents are endowed with strong curiosity,desire for knowledge and creation,and comprehensive and specialized knowledge structure;keen creative consciousness,active creative thinking,and powerful creative abilities;complete and independent personality and creative individuality,good communicative and cooperative capabilities;lofty pursuit,positive life attitude,dedicating spirit.Currently in China,to cultivate the creative talents is regarded as the essential requirements for strengthening the talent team building,implementing the practice of science and education strategy,and establishing comparative advantages in international talents competition in order to increase China＇s comprehensive competitiveness in the world.
