摘要
为了深入了解高校青年教师道德素养状况,从高校青年教师队伍现状调查入手,对新时期高校青年教师道德素养培植中存在的问题进行了分析和探讨,最后指出高校青年教师队伍有待进一步加强和提高。
In order to probe today＇s moral cultivation and demands of young teachers in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes and discusses the problems about today＇s moral cultivation and demands of young teachers in colleges and universities on basis of the investigation of the current situation about young teachers in colleges and universities,and meanwhile points out that young teachers in colleges and universities should be increasingly improved and perfected.
