摘要
从对我国信息化和工业化融合的背景出发,通过对我国信息化和工业化发展情况及两化融合实验区进展情况进行分析,得出我国两化融合呈现出不同行业、不同地区的两化融合发展不均衡的形势。据此提出我国两化融合的发展战略,就是要确定一个融合的发展目标,依据多维度系统推进和非均衡协调发展等两大原则,将融合进程分为发展初期的初始融合、全面发展的全面融合及一体化阶段的真正融合等三个阶段,明确以平台为中心、以流程为中心、以供应链为中心及以网络为中心等四个重点,融合把握信息化利用水平提升的两大切入点,从而确立加强制度建设、鼓励技术创新、加大资金投入、培养多类型人才、发展现代服务业等五大保障措施。
This paper from the background of our integration of informatization and industrialization,through the analysis of our current progress and existing problems,obtained that the integration situation presents the imbalance in different area and industry.Therefore,the paper presents our informatization and industrialization integration development strategy,including these points at below.The first is to make a integration development target;the second is to obey two principles,multi-dimension systematic promoting principle and imbalance coordinated development principle;the third is to make three stages,the early development integration,the all-round development integration and the real integration;the fourth is to grasp four important points,the platform,the process,the supply chain and the network;the fifth is to establish five safeguard measures,that is involving institution construction,technology innovation,capital investment,labor training and modern service industry developing.
