摘要
针对全日制硕士研究生招生计划合理分配问题,深入分析招生单位培养能力、师资力量、科研水平、生源质量、就业及政策等影响因素,制定指标体系.基于层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP),建立招生计划分配的优化模型,构造两两比较判断矩阵,确定各指标权重.实证结果表明,该模型对定性指标和定量指标进行了有效的综合权衡,为招生计划分配的合理性和准确性提供科学依据.
In order to allocate the admission plan of full-time graduate student reasonably,an index system has been developed through detailed analysis of the capacity of university＇s cultivation,the ability of teacher staff and scientific research,and the quality of candidates,as well as the employment effects and recruitment policies.An allocation model has been proposed based on Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）,and the weight of each index has been determined by calculating the pair-wise judgment matrixes.As shown in the simulation results,both qualitative index and quantitative index are well balanced in the proposed model.This approach is validated to guarantee the rationality and accuracy to allocate the admission plan.
