(Cu_(1-x)La_x)_2SnO_4纳米复合光催化剂模拟日光下降解酸性蓝废水

Photocatalytic Degradation of Acid Blue over (Cu_(1-x)La_x)_2SnO_4 Nanocomposite Photocatalysts under Irridiation of Simulated Sunlight

摘要 采用共沉淀法合成(Cu1-xLax)2SnO4纳米复合光催化剂,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)和紫外-可见(UV-Vis)漫反射法对其进行表征.以氙灯为光源,酸性蓝62染料溶液为模拟废水,对(Cu1-xLax)2SnO4纳米复合光催化剂的活性进行评价,研究焙烧温度、焙烧时间和La掺杂量对其催化活性的影响,讨论光催化剂用量和酸性蓝62初始浓度与降解率的关系.研究结果表明,450℃温度下焙烧2.5h制得的(Cu1-xLax)2SnO4(x=0.06)纳米复合光催化剂具有最高的光催化活性,在模拟日光(氙灯)光照下反应2h后对酸性蓝62溶液的降解率达到97.71%,明显高于在同等条件下DegussaP25TiO2的催化活性. The(Cu1-xLax)2SnO4 nanocomposite photocatalysts were prepared by co-precipitation method.X-Ray Diffraction(XRD)and UV-Vis diffuse reflection spectra were employed to characterize the sample.The photocatalytic efficiency of(Cu1-xLax)2SnO4 nanocomposite oxide was evaluated by the photodegradation of reactive acid blue 62 as a probe reaction under the irradiation of Xe light.The effect of calcining temperature,calcining time and La doping content were investigated.In addtion,the relation in the amount of catalyst and initial concentration of acid blue 62 with the degradation efficiency were discussed.Photocatalytic experiment results showed that the maximum specific photocatalytic activity was obtained on(Cu1-xLax)2SnO4 nanocomposite photocatalysts calcined at 450 ℃ for 2.5 h(x=0.06),and the degradation rate of acid blue 62 aqueous solution reached 97.71% in 2 h under simulated sunlight irradiation,which showed much higher photocatalytic activity compared to Degussa P25 TiO2 photocatalyst.
