摘要
在大气环境条件下进行了不同配比的生物柴油—柴油混合燃料的燃烧试验。在盖顿(A.G.Gaydon)和伍法德(H.G.Wolfhard)提出的火焰温度、绝热火焰温度等火焰特征参数的基础上,提出了相对火焰温度、平均火焰温度、分层火焰温度、高温点数量、温度最大差值等评价指标,对火焰的温度特征参数进行细化和定量,从火焰学的角度研究了大气环境条件下火焰温度特征参数随燃料混合体积分数的变化规律。研究结果表明:随着生物柴油混合体积分数的增大,外焰温度、高温点数量、高温区域所占比例、温度最大差值、相对平均火焰温度均增大,为NOx的生成提供了高温环境。
The combustion experiments of bio-diesel and diesel blended fuel,which was mixed in different proportions,were carried out under atmospheric conditions.Based on the characteristic parameters such as flame temperature and adiabatic flame temperature proposed by A.G.Gaydon and H.G.Wolfhard,the new evaluating parameters of relative flame temperature,average flame temperature,layered flame temperature,high temperature point number and maximum temperature grads were put forward.In addition,the change law of flame temperature characteristic parameters with fuel mixing ratio under atmospheric conditions was researched from the flame perspective.The results show that the outer flame temperature,high temperature point number,high temperature area proportion,maximum temperature grads and relative average flame temperature all increase with the increase of bio-diesel proportion,which provides high temperature environment for NOx production.
