基于Matlab的发动机快速平衡分析方法的研究

摘要 通过对发动机工作过程的研究,得到任一时刻发动机各缸动力学特性曲线形状相同,沿时间坐标存在一定偏移的结论。基于Matlab软件,将各缸动力学特性曲线的偏移转化为该曲线中离散点组成的向量内数据的偏移,通过向量的偏移、叠加等计算得到整机动力学特性的数值表达形式,据此判断发动机的平衡情况。用户只需输入特定发动机的必要参数,然后运行程序即可快速得到平衡分析结果。通过对常见机型进行平衡分析,验证了该方法的准确性和有效性。 Through researching the engine working process,the conclusion that the dynamic curve shapes of different cylinders at any moment were the same and existed relative time offsets was acquired.Based on Matlab software,the offsets between dynamics curves were transformed into discrete data point offsets in the curve vectors,then the numeric expression form of engine dynamics characteristic was acquired through the vector offset and overlap and finally the balance condition of engine was estimated.The users only need to input some necessary engine parameters and execute the program,then the balance analysis results could be acquired in a short time.The accuracy and effectiveness of this method was testified by the balance analysis of common engines.
