摘要
本文对美联储第二轮定量宽松货币政策引发的各国对国际货币体系讨论作了进一步思考。美元是否能够保持全球主要储备货币的地位?怎样重建全球化背景下的国际货币体系?中国如何防范可能的风险?本文分析认为,美元还将较长期地保持其目前的地位。在当前国际政治经济形势下,各国只有共同协作,才能逐步推动建立更加负责任的国际货币体系,最终实现全球经济强劲、平衡、可持续增长。
This paper makes reflections on the worlds＇s discussion on international mo- netary system caused by the second-round quantitative easing monetary policy implemented by the Federal Reserve of the United States, namely the maintenance of U. S. dollar＇s position of global major reserve currency, the reconstruction of international monetary system under globalization and China＇s prevention of possible risks. It shows that the U. S. dollar will keep the position of global major reserve currency in the long term. Under current international political and economic situation, only the cooperation of countries may gradually promote the constrction of international monetary system more accountable and ultimately realize the strong, balanced and sustainable growth of global economy.
