摘要
采用自制的复方大黄煎剂对１８例尿毒症病人行保留灌肠，观察病人灌肠前后临床症状及血肌酐、血尿素氮等指标的变化。结果：灌肠后病人食欲、头晕、头痛、皮肤瘙痒等症状均有不同程度的改善，血肌酐、尿素氮、血红蛋白、血压与灌肠前相比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。可见，复方大黄煎剂保留灌肠可缓解尿毒症病人症状。
Retention-enema of compound rhubarb decoction were given to 18 cases of uremia patients.Variables including clinical symptoms and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and creatinine (Cr) etc of the patients before and after enema were observed.Results showed that appetite of these patients and symptoms like dizziness,headache and cutaneous pruritus were improved to different extent.Variables like BUN,Cr,Hb and Bp.were also improved compared to that in patients before enema(P<0.05).Concluded that compound rhubarb decoction retention-enema may alleviate symptoms in uremia patients.
