摘要
应用随机双盲对照研究方法，对５４例７２处Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度褥疮进行攸锁混合液及０．１％利凡诺尔外敷治疗。结果表明：攸锁混合液治疗Ⅱ度褥疮平均愈合时间６．８ｄ，Ⅲ度平均１０．３ｄ，与０．１％利凡诺尔治疗褥疮的疗程相比，差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。建议Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度褥疮病人使用攸锁混合液外敷法，以加快组织修复、缩短疗程。
Using randomly double-blind method,54 cases with 72 areas of Ⅱ or Ⅲ degree decubitus ulcer patients were treated by applying Yousuo mixed solution or 0.1% Rivanol solution.Results showed that patients in Yousuo group had the mean healing time of 6.8 days in Ⅱ degree decubitus,and of 10.3 days in Ⅲ degree decubitus ulcer.There was significant difference between the two groups in terms of mean healing time(P<0.01).Proposed that patients of Ⅱ～Ⅲ degree decubitus ulcer to apply Yousuo mixed solution may speed up the renovations of tissues and shorten the course of treatment.
