摘要
中韩两国高职院校从社会文化、办学体制、办学机制等方面都有可比性,值得研究和借鉴。通过教育资源、教学师资和教学安排等方面的比较,可以看出我国高职院校办学的优势和差距,同时给出了一些有益的启示和借鉴,以此提高我国高职院校办学质量和办学效益。
It is worthwhile to study the comparability between Chinese and Korean higher vocational colleges in social culture,running system,running mechanism and so on.By comparing educational resources,teaching staff and teaching arrangements in Republic of Korea with those in China,we could see the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese higher vocational colleges,and we can get some beneficial enlightenment and reference to improve the quality and managerial benefit of Chinese higher vocational colleges.
