摘要 光牢度是评价染料性能的重要指标之一,是影响染料应用性能的重要因素,而太阳光是导致染料褪色的最主要诱因。通过使用光稳定剂,如紫外线吸收剂、受阻胺类光稳定剂、抗氧剂和紫外线屏蔽剂等是提高染料光牢度的有效手段之一。对光稳定剂在提高染料光牢度中应用的进展进行综述。目前研究光稳定剂应用的方法主要有两种:一种是在染料分子中引入光稳定剂分子结构,此结构能够吸收或屏蔽紫外线和可见光,阻止光对染料结构的破坏,从而提高染料的光牢度;另一种是将光稳定剂以添加剂的方式应用于染整工艺中。分别对上述两种方法进行论述,并对两种方法存在的问题作了分析,对其发展方向进行了展望。 Lightfastness is one of the most important performances of dyes and an important factor affecting the applied properties of dyes,and sunlight is the main leading cause of the fading of dyes. Lightfastness can be improved effectively by using light stabilizers,such as UV-absorbers,HALS,antioxidants,UV blocking agents,and so on. In this paper,application of light stabilizers in the improvement of lightfastness of dyes is reviewed. Till now,there are mainly two methods for using light stabilizers to improve the lightfastness of dyes. One is introducing light stabilizers to the dye structures. Light stabilizers within the dye molecules can absorb and shield ultraviolet ray and visible light,so the lightfastness of dyes is improved. The other one is applying light stabilizers in the dyeing and finishing process as additives. This paper made a discussion on these methods. In addition,problems existing in both methods are evaluated and prospect on the development trend of the dyes containing lightstabilizer structures and the application in the finishing process of the stabilizers is also proposed.
