摘要
河南省位处中原,该地区的自主创新、转变经济发展方式对中部崛起和西部大开发具有引领和示范作用。该文总结了河南省在完善科技创新与区域创新体系建设方面所做的主要工作和所取得的主要成果,分析了河南省在自主创新方面遇到的问题,提出了必须坚定不移地走自主创新的发展道路,排除自主创新的体制机制障碍、调动全民自主创新热情、激发企业自主创新的积极性、建设创新型国家等方面的建议。
Henan province is located in Central China,and its independent innovation and economic development mode transformation has leading and demonstrating effects on the Rising of Central China and Development of West Regions.This paper has reviwed the achievements on the science and technology innovation and regional innovation system construction by Henan province as well as analyzed the challenges concerning the independent innovation pointing out that the development path of independent innovation is the only way to strengthen our country＇s competitiveness and build the innovation-oriented new country.
