摘要
在上海国际金融中心的建设中,应充分发挥包括刑法在内的法律制度的主导作用。金融犯罪件逐步递增,呈持续高发状,并有其自身特点。用刑法预防和打击危害金融安全犯罪虽然效果明显,刑法应该也只能是保护金融安全的最后一道屏障。在刑事政策、立法等方面对这项制度进行建构就显得尤为重要。
In shanghai international financial centre of development,we should give full scope to include criminal law,legal system of the leading role.Financial crime was a gradual increaseand and its own characteristics.In criminal law to prevent and combat damage to the financial security criminal effect,Criminal law should also be protection of financial security in the last barrier.In criminal policy,legislative departments in the system construction is particularly important.
