摘要
了解5.12震后志愿者的人格特点和灾后心理健康状况,为将来志愿者的选拔和培养提供依据。采用大五人格简表、SCL-90、PTSD-SS量表在北川做过志愿者的1210名大学生进行问卷调查。结果发现:(1)友善性和外倾性在性别上女生显著高于男生;大学生志愿者具有较高的利他性和道德感水平;(2)心理健康状况上女生好于男生;(3)表现出高SCL-90症状的志愿者往往伴有PTSD症状;SCL-90焦虑、强迫、躯体化和人际关系敏感症状上检出率较高,表现出中轻度的PTSD症状;(4)大五人格中的神经质和友善性对心理健康有良好的预测作用,神经质得分低,友善性得分高的志愿者灾后心理健康水平较高。
This paper aims at studying the volunteers＇ personality and mental health of（after） the earthquakes in May 12,2008,and providing the constructive suggestions for the volunteer selection and foster in the future.1210 volunteers were conducted by Big Five Personality scale,SCL-90,PTSD-SS in Mianyang.The results show that：（1） the level of female are significantly higher than male on agreeableness and extraversion;volunteers have higher level of altruistic and morality;（2） Female are better than boys on mental health;（3） high SCL-90 symptoms volunteers are often with PTSD symptoms,the symptoms are sever on anxiety,compulsive,body-maladjustment,sensitivity,and it demonstrated slightly symptoms on PTSD;（4） neuroticism and agreeableness of the Big Five Personality can well predicted mental health,the volunteers with a lower score on neuroticism and higher score on agreeableness have better situation on mental health.
