摘要
许多高职院校在人力资源管理专业建设过程中,没有突出职业教育应有的特点和优势,普遍存在专业定位失当、培养目标不明确、课程体系设置不科学、实践教学基础十分薄弱、师资队伍素质和结构问题突出等问题。产学合作是有效解决高职人力资源管理专业建设困境的根本途径。遵循产学合作的办学方针,转变产学合作理念,能有效推进高素质师资队伍的建设,准确定位专业人才培养目标,科学完成课程设计和教材建设任务,切实完善实训基地建设。
Due to the situation that many colleges don′t take the expected advantages of the vocational colleges education in the construction of Human Resources Administration major,there are usually some common problems among them,such as the incorrect position of the major,the unclear objectives of the cultivation,the unreasonable setting of the curricular system,the rather weak basis of the practical teaching as well as the problems in the quality and structure of the teaching staff.The school-industry cooperation is the effective way to solve the dilemma in the construction of Human Resources Administration major at vocational colleges.Therefore,following a school-running policy of school-industry cooperation,the vocational colleges can definitely shift their working style which leads to a better all-round teaching group,more accurate position of the talent cultivation aim,clearer curriculum design and better teaching material construction,so as to further expand the construction of the training bases in the colleges.
