摘要
订单式人才培养是高职教育适应市场需求和改革趋势而发展的新型校企合作办学人才培养模式,体现了产学结合、校企合作的深度融合。在推行订单式人才培养中,要准确地把握校企合作、订单培养带来的新特点、新变化,努力构建与订单式人才培养模式相适应的学生思想政治工作体系与机制,全面做好学生思想政治工作,培养出企业所需要的高素质高级技能人才。
Order cultivation is the vocational education training and tendency to adapt to market demand and development of new school-enterprise cooperative education training model,which reflects the combining production and the depth of integration of school-enterprise cooperation.In carrying out the order cultivation,it′s necessary to grasp accurately new features and changes the school-enterprise cooperation and order cultivation have brought,construct the students′ ideological and political work system and fully strengthen students′ ideological and political work so as to cultivate high-quality senior skilled personnel the enterprise needs.
