胶体金标记免疫层析技术是一种新型的免疫学快速检测技术,具有敏感、特异、便捷、快速等特点。该技术已广泛应用于农产品残留的检测。文章介绍了该技术的基本原理,并概述了胶体金技术在农业领域的应用现状和发展前景。
Nano-colloidal Gold Immunochromatographic Assay with sensitive,specific,convenient,fast properties is a new rapid testing teconology in immunology.At present,the technology has been used in agricultural products detection. This article reviewed the basic principle of the technology,focusing on the application status and the prospects for developing of GIGA on agriculture.
