摘要
农业经济时代技术创新实践主要呈现出以下特征:技术创新主体以工匠为主;创新内容主要进行的是基于实践经验的农业技术创新;政府或公共管理机构在技术创新实践中扮演了一定的角色;技术创新的物质价值取向与精神价值取向实现了朴素的和谐统一。
The practice of technological innovation（TI） in agricultural economy age is characterized by features as follow： the main subjects of TI are craftsmen;the innovations are mainly in technology of agriculture based on experience of practice;governments or the administrative organizations of the public play a certain role in the practice;the value orientation of material and spirit of the innovations has reached a plain harmonious unification.
