摘要
中厚板轧后冷却直接影响钢板的强度和韧性。为保证中厚板质量,提出一种新的加速冷却过程控制模型,对反馈偏差进行前馈补偿,并采用控制容积积分法建立钢板温度场,包括一维温度场模型,空冷模型,水冷模型,特别是对金属温度变化时发生的相变潜热进行处理。实验结果表明,该控制模型精度较高,返红温度偏差±5℃,可应用于生产实际。
A new kind of cooling process control model is proposed,the feed-forward compensation is carried out for feedback deviation,control volume integral method is used to establish the steel temperature field,which is including one-dimensional model,air cooling and water cooling model,especially for the latent heat process when the metal temperature is changed.Experimental results show that this control model has a high accuracy with the temperature deviations in-5~+5 ℃,it can be applied to practical.
