摘要 通过难沉降煤泥水絮凝试验及相关分析,其结果表明,絮体分形维数与上清液浊度和浑液面平均沉速均显著相关,因此可作为反映絮凝沉降效果的指标。试验研究了K+、Na+、Ca2+三种离子对絮体分形维数和絮凝效果的影响,结果表明:3种离子对分形维数的影响趋势均为随离子浓度增加,分形维数先增加后降低,3种离子对应絮体的最大分形维数分别为2.01、1.94和2.41。在此基础上,利用氯化钙作凝聚剂,考察了单独使用长链絮凝剂、凝聚剂配合长链絮凝剂、凝聚剂与短链絮凝剂配合长链絮凝剂3种药剂制度对煤泥水絮体分形维数和絮凝效果的影响,结果表明:3种药剂制度的最大分形维数分别为2.18、2.41和2.63,3种药剂配合使用的絮凝效果最优。 The flocculation tests on difficult clarified coal slurry were conducted and the fractal dimensions of flocs were calculated.The results show that fractal dimensions are significantly correlated with the average sedimentation rate of turbid-water interface and light transmittance of supernatant,so it can be utilized as a visualized index for coal slurry flocculation efficiency in lab tests.The effect of K+、Na+、Ca2+ respectively on fractal dimension were studied.The results show that fractal dimension increases first,then decreases with the increase of K+、Na+、Ca2+ concentration respectively.The maximum fractal dimension is 2.01,1.94 and 2.41 respectively.Based on this,the effects of three kinds of regent system on flocs fractal dimension were studied.They were long macromolecular flocculant alone,CaCl2 and long macromolecular flocculant,CaCl2,short macromolecular flocculant and long macromolecular flocculant together.The results show that maximum highest fractal dimension is 1.71,2.41 and 2.63 respectively.So,the third agent system has best effect.
